Terms of Use (EULA) - My Project Pan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the My Project Pan mobile application ("the App", "the Service"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA"). If you do not accept these terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

My Project Pan is a mobile application for skincare product management that allows you to:

• Track your beauty products and their expiration dates
• Create and manage personalized skincare routines
• Maintain a wishlist of desired products
• Receive notifications for expiration dates and routines
• Access premium features through subscription

3. Age Requirements

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users between 13 and 18 years old must obtain parental consent before using the App. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

4. Registration and Account

4.1 Account Creation

• No mandatory registration required for basic use
• Some services may require iCloud synchronization
• You are responsible for the security of your device and account

4.2 User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.2 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Billing: Subscriptions are automatically billed through your App Store account
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period
• Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Settings
• Cancellation: Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current period

5.3 Free Trial Period

• We may offer free trial periods for some plans
• Billing starts automatically at the end of the trial period
• You can cancel during the trial period to avoid charges

5.4 Pricing and Changes

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Changes apply to subsequent renewals
• You will continue to pay the original price until the next renewal

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 How to Cancel

1. Open Settings on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select My Project Pan
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

6.2 Refund Policy

• Refunds: Handled directly by Apple according to their policies
• Refund request: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Exceptions: We cannot force refunds beyond Apple's policies
• Content access: Access to premium features ends with cancellation

7. Acceptable Use

7.1 Prohibited Behaviors

You may NOT use the App to:

• Violate local, national, or international laws
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated methods
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App

7.2 User Content

• You are responsible for all content you enter in the App
• Do not upload content that violates third-party rights
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 App Rights

• The App and all its content are protected by copyright
• All trademarks and logos are owned by their respective owners
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use

8.2 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you enter
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the service
• You can delete your content at any time

10. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free

• We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions
• We are not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months

11. Medical Advice and Safety

• The App does not replace professional medical advice
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions to tracked products
• Always verify expiration dates and product suitability
• Discontinue use of products that cause irritation

12. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
• Substantial changes will be notified through the App or email
• Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of changes
• If you do not accept the changes, you must cease using the App

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You can cease using the App at any time
• Delete the App from your device to terminate use
• Local data will be deleted with uninstallation

13.2 Termination by Us

• We may terminate your access for violation of Terms
• We may suspend the service for maintenance or updates
• We will notify you when possible before termination

13.3 Effects of Termination

• All granted licenses terminate immediately
• Data may be deleted according to the Privacy Policy
• Subscriptions continue according to Apple's terms

• Applicable laws: These Terms are governed by Italian law
• Competent court: Italian courts for disputes
• GDPR: We respect the General Data Protection Regulation
• Apple Guidelines: Compliance with App Store guidelines
