Breakly è un gioco per decidere in modo divertente chi offre il caffè. Rispettiamo la tua privacy e raccogliamo il minimo indispensabile. Questa informativa spiega quali dati tratta l'app e come.
Breakly non richiede la creazione di un account, né email, password o login. Non ti chiediamo dati personali per usare l'app.
Partita rapida: i nomi dei giocatori che inserisci restano solo su questo dispositivo (memoria locale dell'app) e non vengono inviati da nessuna parte.
Modalità gruppo: se crei o entri in un gruppo, il nome del gruppo, i nomi e gli avatar (emoji e colore) dei membri e le statistiche delle partite (quante volte hai offerto, caffè offerti, partite giocate) vengono salvati sul nostro backend per permettere la sincronizzazione tra i dispositivi del gruppo.
A questi dati è associato un identificativo tecnico anonimo generato automaticamente per il tuo dispositivo. Non è collegato alla tua identità reale, a un'email o a un account.
In modalità gruppo, i nomi, gli avatar e le statistiche sono visibili agli altri membri dello stesso gruppo (chi possiede il codice di invito). Non vendiamo né condividiamo i tuoi dati con terze parti per finalità di marketing.
I dati della modalità gruppo sono conservati tramite Supabase, il nostro fornitore di infrastruttura (database e autenticazione anonima), che li elabora per nostro conto come responsabile del trattamento.
Puoi eliminare i tuoi dati in qualsiasi momento da Impostazioni → Privacy e dati → Elimina i miei dati nell'app: questo cancella i giocatori locali e i dati condivisi associati all'identificativo anonimo del tuo dispositivo. Puoi anche uscire da un gruppo o rimuovere singoli membri dalla schermata del gruppo.
Breakly non è indirizzata ai bambini e non raccoglie consapevolmente dati da minori di 13 anni.

Breakly is a game to decide, in a fun way, who buys the coffee. We respect your privacy and collect the bare minimum. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Breakly does not require creating an account, nor an email, password or login. We do not ask for personal data to use the app.
Quick game: the player names you enter stay only on this device (the app's local storage) and are never sent anywhere.
Group mode: if you create or join a group, the group name, the members' names and avatars (emoji and color) and the game statistics (times you paid, coffees bought, games played) are stored on our backend to enable sync across the group's devices.
This data is associated with an anonymous technical identifier automatically generated for your device. It is not linked to your real identity, an email, or an account.
In group mode, names, avatars and statistics are visible to the other members of the same group (those who have the invite code). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Group-mode data is stored via Supabase, our infrastructure provider (database and anonymous authentication), which processes it on our behalf as a data processor.
You can delete your data at any time from Settings → Privacy and data → Delete my data in the app: this removes local players and the shared data associated with your device's anonymous identifier. You can also leave a group or remove individual members from the group screen.
Breakly is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
